Julie Klein grew up in Moorhead, MN, where strong community values and lasting relationships shaped both her personal and professional approach to life.

Background: After graduating in 2011, Julie built her career in finance, where she has worked ever since. She currently works as a business credit analyst at Gate City Bank and also co-owns Klein Custom Homes LLC alongside her husband, Adam. Within their home building business, she manages bookkeeping, insurance, and warranty coordination.
Why Real Estate? Julie’s background in finance and firsthand experience in the home building industry give her a unique perspective when helping clients navigate new construction and real estate decisions. Her understanding of both the financial and construction sides of the process allows her to guide clients with clarity, organization, and confidence.
Julie specializes in new home construction throughout the Fargo, Moorhead, and surrounding areas.
Her approach: Built on honesty and integrity, Julie believes successful relationships begin with trust and open communication. She is passionate about helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every step of the process.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys exercising, planning just about everything, spending time at the lake, and making memories with her husband and their two daughters, Addie and Alix.
