Matt Brunsvold grew up as a military kid, moving from Grand Forks, ND through Colorado, Louisiana, and Washington DC, giving him a rich perspective on different communities.
Education: Concordia College, Moorhead
Major: English with a minor in Scandinavian Studies
Background: Former carpenter's union member, IT professional at Sanford, and extensive hands-on experience in home renovation and construction.
Why Real Estate? After successfully navigating his own journey into homeownership and investment properties, Matt discovered his passion for helping others see the potential in every property. His construction background gives him a unique edge in spotting both opportunities and potential issues.
Matt specializes in people, not property types. Whether it's fixer-uppers, new construction, or testing lake bottom quality in person, he brings his trademark humor and thorough approach to every transaction.
When he's not helping clients find their perfect home, you might find him performing with his rock fusion polka band "The Meat Rabbits," tackling multiple home renovation projects (thanks to his ADHD superpowers), or plotting his next open-water swimming adventure - he's already conquered Alcatraz to San Francisco and the Golden Gate course.
